Peanut Butter


I Love Peanut Butter. Who doesn’t like a spoon full of peanut butter every now and then. Now Im not saying you should do that but we all know that peanut butter is tasty and filled with Rich fats like monounsaturated fat. But what is the better choice reduced fat peanut butter or fat filled peanut butter. Believe it or not fat filled is the better choice. When Companies remove the fat in peanut butter they tend to fill it with more carbs to improve the taste. Fat free peanut butter has twice the amount of carbs than regular peanut butter. But we need those fats. Fats like monounsaturated are essential to work outs and burn easily, its not the kind of fat that stick around for a ride on your stomach.
